We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for business development and sales within the outsourcing and offshoring consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
- B2B experience
- CRM experience: Hubspot and Monday.com
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction industry experience
- AU client experience
