We're seeking a visionary Technology Strategy Principal to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive business growth across a global team.

Reporting to the Senior Principal, Technical Project Management, you'll lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, develop performance reports, and implement robust control planning measures.

You'll work closely with executive-level stakeholders to engage them in key initiatives, driving IT process improvement that aligns with our vision of delivering world-class customer solutions.

  • Lead global process improvement initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports to support continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor improvements using robust control planning and compliance measures.

Requirements:

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of hands-on experience in process improvement.

• Experience working in remote, global teams with a flexible and collaborative mindset.

• Strong background in IT process improvement and project management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project).
