Job Title: Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator. This role combines apartment leasing coordination with social media management, making it an ideal opportunity for those interested in both property management and digital marketing.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and conducting apartment showings, ensuring that prospective tenants have a positive experience and receive excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining and updating our social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs. Experience with social media platforms and prior knowledge of real estate leasing or property management are also highly desirable.
