Job Role:

A highly skilled Training Specialist is required to develop and deliver technical product training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive training plans, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including online courses and instructor-led sessions.
  • Assess individual and group training needs, and create customized learning plans to meet those needs.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding training, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
  • Deliver training sessions, providing clear and concise instructions, and assessing participant understanding.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs, incorporating feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of software development and algorithmic trading.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience with writing documentation, creating course materials, and presenting to large audiences.
