We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our team in a remote administrative capacity.
Job Description:This role involves providing exceptional support to professionals in the accounting sector, handling secretarial tasks, managing client communications, and utilizing relevant tools and platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
- Liaising with clients and legal professionals for entity set-up, trust deed execution, and related documentation.
- Handling ASIC-related secretarial work, including Form 484, Form 362, company renewals, and changes to corporate records.
- Monitoring and responding to emails on behalf of team members, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and document registers.
- Preparing, reviewing, and formatting documents and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Providing admin support to team members across different departments.
