Graphic Design Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce brands.

Working closely with our Art Director and design team, you will concept, execute, and iterate ad designs that drive results. You will also apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing high-converting ad creatives, understands performance marketing, and is passionate about design and trends in the digital landscape.

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team.
  • Apply performance data to improve creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity.
  • Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills-you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus-but not essential.
