We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful video ads for YouTube, with advanced knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics. They should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging video content for social media platforms, including concept development, editing, and final delivery.
  • Develop innovative ad creative formats, angles, and series to craft a unique visual style.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing of video variations to identify and amplify top-performing creative.
  • Elevate production quality through nuanced color correction, grading, audio balancing, voice-overs, ambient sound integration, and strategic SFX/music cues.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new formats, styles, and techniques creatively while maintaining brand voice.
  • Optimize and repurpose Meta & TikTok assets into YouTube creative both Shorts and Long Form, ensuring consistent visual language across formats.
  • Leverage analytics insights to refine editing strategies and prioritize creative adjustments that drive KPI improvements.

Requirements:
  • Excellent English both Verbal and Written
  • Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Proven track record of creating successful video ads for YouTube (YouTube experience will be prioritized)
  • Advanced knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
  • Proficiency in creating motion graphics and animations for ads
