Job Overview

The role of a Human Resources Associate Manager is to drive business performance by establishing and executing HR strategies. This involves partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and execute initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Conduct analysis and design solutions to address performance challenges.
  • Formulate initiatives to improve retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Identify training opportunities and organize training initiatives.
  • Provide career counseling and support.
  • Own due process related to disciplinary action, including facilitation of hearings and delivery of notice of decision.
Requirements:
  • Mid-senior level experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
