Job Role

This role involves providing technical support and expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) utilizing Azure.

You will play a pivotal part in securing and managing our organization's digital identities and access to critical resources, ensuring seamless access to tools for employees.

Your work will directly impact the company's security and productivity by streamlining workflows and reducing access-related friction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for all queries related to IAM solutions and Entra ID.
  • Integrate new enterprise applications using Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex user access issues, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) problems.
  • Analyze Entra ID sign-in and audit logs to troubleshoot issues and support operational reporting.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for SSO integrations, troubleshooting guides, and internal processes.
Required Skills
  • Deep understanding of Entra ID: Managing users, groups, enterprise applications, and administrative units.
  • SSO and Federation Protocols: Strong technical skills in configuring and troubleshooting SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and Graph API: Using PowerShell (AzureAD/Microsoft.Graph modules) and interacting with the Microsoft Graph API.
  • Expertise in Azure IAM Services: Knowledge of core services including MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Entra ID Identity Protection.
