Real Estate Analyst

The Real Estate Analyst will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze funding reports, liquidity statements, and multifamily replacement reserves.
  • Prepare comprehensive loan compliance reports, quarterly ground lease reports, and yearly budgets for various asset managers and property managers.
  • Assist in identifying replacement properties, calculating estimated deferred tax gain/loss, and determining property tax basis for 1031 exchanges.
  • Manage due diligence, closing documents, exchange setup, and review closing statements for acquisitions and dispositions.
Qualifications:
  • Latin honors degree (cum laude or better) from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, and/or accounting preferred.
  • MBA degree advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical ability.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while functioning in a team environment.
  • Generate high-quality work product on tight deadlines.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
