Job Summary

The Contract Administration Manager will oversee the management of renewal pipelines, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate renewals. This individual will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of renewal terms, customer-specific requirements, and renewal timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal pipelines by preparing and processing quotes, pricing configurations, and amendments, ensuring all records are up-to-date in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Billing, Finance, and Renewals teams to address contract adjustments and resolve pricing inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Renewals Manager to provide accurate data, pricing details, and documentation to facilitate smooth customer renewals.
  • Identify potential roadblocks, such as at-risk accounts or delayed approvals, and communicate actionable insights to the Renewals team and Management.
  • Maintain detailed records of renewal terms, customer-specific requirements, and renewal timelines to ensure seamless handoffs and visibility across teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a Sales / Revenue Operations or Renewal-focused role within a SaaS organization.
  • Advanced skills with Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong process expertise, familiarity with legal and procurement workflows, including POs, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Renewals team, Account Management, Finance, and Legal to achieve shared goals.
  • Passion for delivering operational support that drives customer satisfaction and retention.
