- Bachelor's degree in relevant to the job (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, etc.)
- Master's degree is highly preferred
Technical Knowledge, Special Trainings and Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience to the job, preferably in a managerial role, overseeing large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of financial principles, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting is important for managing contract costs and assessing claims related to financial aspects.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of contracts in line with project specifications, and construction processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, contractors, and stakeholders on matters pertaining to contracts and claims.
Job Description:
- Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring agreements are followed correctly.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal and company standards.
- Monitor existing contracts to guarantee all parties adhere to the terms and conditions. This includes tracking deadlines, deliverables, and financial obligations.
- Coordinate with Project CFO for contract budgets and spend monitoring.
- Communicate with various project stakeholders, including internal departments, contractors, and legal teams. Including providing contract explanations, reports, and updates.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
