Job Description

Position Overview: A Contract Administrator in the real estate/property sector plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient contract exchange and settlement process. This position requires a strong understanding of the Australian property market, legal processes, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Exchange Coordination: Facilitate the contract exchange process, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.
  • Settlement Process Management: Coordinate and oversee the settlement process, working closely with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure a timely and successful completion.
  • Contract Process Acceleration: Identify opportunities to streamline and expedite the contract process, minimizing delays and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Meeting Attendance: Attend all customer meetings related to the contract, providing expert guidance and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Post-EOI Support: Manage all stages of the contract process after the Expression of Interest (EOI) is collected, providing ongoing support and assistance.
  • Legal Assistance: Collaborate with Australian legal firms, specifically in property conveyancing, to ensure compliance with legal requirements and address any legal issues that may arise.
  • Market Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Australian property market, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, solicitors, and internal team members.
Requirements
