Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, licensed Professional Engineer to act as the lead engineer on a part-time basis.

This opportunity is ideal for a semi-retired engineer who still enjoys complex problem-solving but prefers fewer hours and minimal administrative responsibilities.

You will review and advise designs prepared by our skilled team of civil engineers and drafters, with final oversight from the project manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Review geotechnical and structural calculations and drawings
  • Serve as the lead engineer for select projects
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and technical standards
  • Support our design team with clear, practical feedback

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in geostructural or civil design
  • Comfort reviewing work by international teams
  • High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
