Job Summary

Functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role, applying advanced engineering techniques with minimal supervision. Expands knowledge in discipline and other areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to engineering standards and policies
  • Ensure quality and support continuous improvement
  • Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project quality
  • Coordinate with project teams and clients
  • Share knowledge and foster innovation
  • Assist in performance management and mentoring
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with utility-scale electrical transmission system design
  • Structural design of transmission steel and wood structures
  • Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, LPile, MFAD, Sag10, and 3D analysis software
  • Strong skills in Excel and MathCAD
  • Knowledge of engineering design principles and standards
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of related experience. Ability to complete onboarding requirements.

Certifications

Professional registration or licensure preferred or in active pursuit.
