The Internal Recruitment team in Manila is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent into Allegis Global Solutions across the APAC region. As a critical part of our success, Recruitment Sourcing Specialists play a vital role in driving our business forward.

This position requires an expert in direct sourcing with a strong focus on headhunting and engaging passive candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing qualified candidates and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is entered into our Applicant Tracking System.

A key aspect of this role is optimizing the candidate experience and branding Allegis Global Solutions as an employer of choice. You will work closely with our onsite Talent Acquisition Business Partners to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on its effectiveness.

In this dynamic role, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Implementing effective sourcing strategies to source qualified candidates for open positions in designated functional areas.
  • Utilizing diverse sources in line with client branding and social media policies, focusing on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care as the first point of contact, ensuring candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion in the recruitment process.
  • Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit using behavioral-based approaches and screening criteria defined by clients.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in our database.
  • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate pools in line with clients' workforce plans.
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to capture market intelligence and brief them on potential current and future opportunities.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing candidate initiatives such as newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies.
