About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Finance Process Expert to join our diverse team in Manila. This role will play a crucial part in facilitating business transactions within the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, specifically focusing on Order Management, Transportation Operations, and Accounts Receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate order processing by reviewing and validating customer orders.
  • Transportation Operations: Collaborate with logistics teams to handle transportation operations, ensuring efficient delivery of goods.
  • Accounts Receivables: Handle customer receivables collections, maintaining accurate records and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Compliance Validation: Conduct freight external compliance validation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on order processing, transportation, and collections to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Language Proficiency: Written and oral fluency in Thai.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in finance, operations, customer service, or language translation work is a plus.
    • Familiarity with the Order to Cash process is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant business software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

An estimated salary range for this position is PHP 800,000 - 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
