We are looking for a talented Banking Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Risk Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our Operational Risk Management Framework across the bank.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Operational Risk Department (BORD) to introduce and implement best practices on Operational Risk Management (ORM) through appropriate ORM tools. This will enable us to improve risk and control awareness throughout the organization, minimize operational losses, and increase profitability and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement operational risk management frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze operational risks and develop recommendations to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop and maintain risk assessment tools, such as RCSA, KRI, and CST, to monitor and report operational risks to senior management and the Risk Oversight Committee.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and assess operational risks and develop control procedures to mitigate these risks.
  • Prepare risk management reports to summarize results and status on the implementation of ORM tools.
  • Provide advisory services on loss reporting and monitoring operational risk exposures.
