Job Title: Established Hospitality Leader

The Role:
We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at our luxury establishment. This senior role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for hospitality and leadership skills to motivate and guide colleagues to achieve outstanding service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all bar functions and operations adhere to the company's quality standards through regular inspections.
  • Prepare accurate reports, participate in budgeting processes, and monitor Micros system performance.
  • Develop and train colleagues in decision-making, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities.


Requirements:
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum three years of relevant managerial experience in a luxury hotel setting is desirable.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of bartending, loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.
