Digital Marketing Associate

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms.

You will assist in launching, monitoring, and maintaining campaigns to ensure they are pacing correctly and meeting performance goals.

Additionally, you will help optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting under direction and with clear guidance.

  • Assist in campaign launches, checks, and maintenance.
  • Perform daily account checks to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals.
  • Help optimize campaign settings, including budget, bids, and audience targeting.
  • Support A/B testing of creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and provide feedback on campaign concepts.
  • Source and organize creative assets for testing and campaign use.
  • Assist in pulling reports and compiling performance insights using platform dashboards and spreadsheets.
  • Track key metrics and support the team in generating weekly and monthly performance summaries.
  • Support pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaign links, UTMs, and tracking parameters are properly implemented.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related role (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads preferred.
  • Exposure to one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets to analyze and interpret data.
  • Some experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager insights, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager is a plus.
