Job Title: Product Packaging Specialist

Job Overview
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, quality control, and output levels to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product packaging solutions.
  • Evaluate testing results to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Develop and set criteria for packaging materials and testing to meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
  • Collect market information and provide feedback to relevant departments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assess and develop suppliers to support the supply chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement through collaboration with global teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or local equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as Pro E/Creo, AutoCAD, or Solidworks.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and ergonomic practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
