Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Packaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative packaging solutions that drive business growth and excellence.

Your primary focus will be on designing, testing, and improving packaging materials and processes to ensure high-quality products that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions that reduce waste, minimize environmental impact, and enhance customer experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in packaging engineering to drive process improvements, optimize supply chain efficiency, and contribute to the development of new products and services.

As a highly skilled and motivated professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing packaging materials and systems that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and specifications for packaging materials and systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in packaging engineering, with a focus on design, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as Pro E/Creo or SolidWorks.
  • A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in packaging operations.
