Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Analyst Role

MaryRuth's is seeking a highly skilled KPIs Analyst to play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will develop business intelligence (BI) solutions, analyze data, and deliver insights to inform key business decisions.

This role will be part of the Analytics team within the eCommerce & Marketing department, supporting key business functions such as marketing, operations, and sales by providing clear, actionable analysis.

The KPIs Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards regarding all areas of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting on performance across key metrics and regularly sharing business performance
  • Maintaining consistent groomed business logic and metrics across reporting
  • Developing product forecasts using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau
  • Proactively identifying and investigating potential areas of opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the organization
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve problems
