Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us make data-driven decisions by analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with functional teams to define key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation
    • Analyze data from multiple sources to develop trusted reporting and analytics.
    • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Business Engagement and KPI Definition
    • Partner with functional teams to identify and define key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.
    • Translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Data Validation and Metric Governance
    • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
    • Support documentation of KPIs, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
