We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Intake Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to serving customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering relevant information, and entering details into our case management system. They will also be required to provide exceptional customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet specific typing requirements.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment. They should possess strong computer skills, internet proficiency, and be willing to work on shifting schedules.

Home office requirements include a stable internet connection, a computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or above, and a noise-cancelling headset. Additionally, applicants should have a backup internet connection and power outage backup.
