Marketing Campaign Coordinator

To ensure the execution of marketing campaigns is executed with accuracy, consistency and speed, we require a skilled Marketing Campaign Coordinator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Notion, Canva and AI tools. This includes building and managing marketing campaign tasks inside Notion, setting up emails, workflows and landing pages in HubSpot, creating and editing assets in Canva, publishing, QA and tracking content for LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring campaign SOPs are followed and assisting in improving them, tracking project timelines and proactively updating stakeholders, QA all deliverables for formatting, grammar and link integrity, and helping implement and refine AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, Ideogram).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or coordinator role
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong project and task management skills
