Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively interpret complex data sets. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop actionable insights that inform business strategy and drive impactful change.

  • Translate large data sets into clear and concise stories that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
