Job Overview

The Marketing Insights Analyst role is a key position in guiding our strategy and content decisions. We are looking for an individual who can turn user behavior, competitor benchmarks, and campaign performance into actionable recommendations that sharpen our market position and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute market research to gain valuable insights into consumer behavior.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with brand and performance teams to validate creative and channel effectiveness.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on emerging player behaviors or cultural shifts.
  • Monitor sentiment, social listening, and player feedback to inform messaging and content direction.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in consumer insights, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, or PowerBI.
  • Strong storytelling skills – able to synthesize data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Ability to design surveys, focus groups, and competitor deep dives.
  • Bonus if experienced in gaming, e-commerce, or online community-based platforms.
