We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The role of a Recruitment Specialist involves working closely with managers and assistants to identify top candidates and streamline recruitment processes. This includes screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix. A Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for managing candidate communication and email correspondence, as well as keeping recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
