Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Presence Manager to oversee the strategic development and maintenance of our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Presence Management

    • Troubleshoot site and hosting issues in a timely manner.
  • Content Strategy
    • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align web content with campaigns and business goals.
  • Accessibility Compliance
    • Ensure websites meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), conducting audits and implementing improvements.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Provide regular reporting on website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and support web-related projects, including design updates and UX enhancements.
  • Governance & Best Practices
    • Establish and enforce processes for managing outdated content and ensuring quality across all web assets.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms WordPress and Elementor, SEO tools, web analytics, and hosting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
