What You'll Do: Lead, Innovate, Deliver

• Own the full lifecycle
  of strategic web product development for our flagship On-Premise solution — partnering closely with Architects and SAP ABAP developers to scope, design, and deliver impactful features.
• Solve problems with confidence.
  Use your sharp troubleshooting skills to systematically resolve end-user issues, collaborating with Architects and Release Managers to ensure smooth releases.
• Work independently and lead by example,
  managing your projects autonomously while maintaining open communication across teams.
• Bridge frontend and backend.
  Work hand-in-hand with SAP backend teams to guarantee seamless integration and top performance.
• Stay on the cutting edge.
  Bring deep expertise in web technologies and market trends to develop robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Be a self-sufficient developer:
  Create your own test data and own your unit and integration tests to ensure quality.
• Support the team:
  Assist consultants and support agents with debugging and analysis, helping to maintain high-quality functionality.
• Respect data sensitivity:
  Handle employee data with utmost care and confidentiality across all environments.
• Drive SLA success:
  Take accountability for issue resolution and managing support queues to meet SLAs reliably.

What We're Looking For — Your Expertise

• 12+ years of experience in ReactJS and software/web development,
  specifically within
  payroll solutions.
• Proven experience
  leading and training software development teams,
  with a track record of driving team success.
• Mastery of
  Object-Oriented Programming,
  especially MVC and inheritance concepts.
• Expert-level skills in
  JavaScript
  and frameworks such as
  ReactJS or Angular;
  experience with
  SAP UI5 or OpenUI5
  is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of
  TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and JSON.
• Familiarity with
  SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), AWS, or multi-tenant cloud-based products.
• Proven experience
  leading software engineering teams
  and delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Exceptional
  verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus skills that will set you apart:

• Experience with
  OpenUI5
  components and
  OData Protocol.
• Understanding of
  application deployment and configuration on AWS.
• Basic knowledge of
  Java
  and debugging Java applications.
• Familiarity with
