Web Development Opportunity

We are seeking a talented web specialist to join our digital performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining high-performance websites.

As a core member of the team, your expertise in front-end development and website optimization will ensure our web properties meet modern standards for performance, security, and scalability.

You will have some client management communication experience for briefing of projects and managing project updates.

A Typical Day at Work
  • Implement custom web designs and develop websites on Shopify and WordPress (Elementor)
  • Implement recommendations to improve site speed, reduce technical debt, and enhance overall user experience
  • Collaborate with creatives, paid media, SEO, account management, content, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets
  • Provide proactive and professional reports and updates on web projects and programs
  • Implement and test GA4 analytics
  • Set up Zapier and any other notification system for leads, form submissions, etc
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-facing role with 4-5 years of experience
  • Passion and experience in web development (Shopify & WordPress/Elementor) and digital marketing
  • Sound understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Experience running multi-functional projects for clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ready to learn and be challenged
