Real Estate Broker/Agent Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the entire real estate sales process, from lead generation to contract execution. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Transaction: Negotiating offers, working with MLS listings, and navigating contracts.
  • Marketing Strategy: Utilizing digital platforms for promotional materials creation.
  • Transaction Management: Efficiently tracking transactions using Google Sheets.
  • Clients' Needs: Identifying and generating leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Property Services: Conducting property tours, market analyses, and client consultations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Drafting contracts, negotiating offers, and overseeing closing processes.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid Real Estate License (Broker or Agent)
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, contracts, and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in MLS, CRM software, transaction management platforms, and social media marketing tools
