Renewal and Sales Associate

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Renewal Executive-Sales Background to join our commercial team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective customer relationship management. This involves building strong rapport with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a highly organized and results-focused individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through effective customer relationship management
- Build strong rapport with key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and plan renewal dates accordingly
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
