Key Responsibilities

Mission: Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of IT infrastructure by managing systems, networks, and user access, providing timely technical support, and implementing best practices.

Outcomes:

  • Complete onboarding for new joiners within a day (99% success rate).
  • Achieve 95% adherence to SLAs for mean time to respond and resolution for all tickets.
  • No more than 10% over average weekly ticket volume pending at any time.
  • Ensure 99% laptops comply with policies within one week of receiving an onboard or offboard request.
  • Effectively manage globally all asset devices.
Requirements

We seek a L1 Support Engineer with a minimum of two years' experience in technical support who shares our mission and outcomes.
