Job Title: Strategic Data Insights Manager

Description:

As a seasoned analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic initiatives.

The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including market trends, competitor analysis, and operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed business reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop data-driven solutions that drive business value.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic planning and business development initiatives through in-depth research and analysis.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Research Analyst, or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-impact results.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in specific industry sectors relevant to the company's operations.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
