Product Strategist

As a Product Owner, you will have a pivotal role in leading product development from inception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets strategic objectives while driving innovation and success.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that ensures alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Technical Requirements

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX.
