Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting materials, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate packaging and shipping of products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Materials Receipt and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming materials, components, and products to ensure quality and quantity meet specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and record inventory levels, including stocktakes and cycle counts, to maintain accurate records.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Pack products in a methodical and efficient manner, checking for quality and quantity before dispatch.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any issues or concerns to the warehouse officer and provide accurate inventory records as required.
  • Picking and Packing: Select and pack products efficiently and accurately for shipment.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the warehouse officer to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and report any discrepancies.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
