About the Role

This position involves launching and managing e-commerce platforms, developing partnerships with creators and influencers, and analyzing performance data to inform growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, TikTok shop setup, and influencer partnership management. They should be proficient in designing incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue, as well as comfortable with data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch, including catalog, listings, payouts, and workflows.
  • Develop commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale and UpPromote platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
Creator & Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged through campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing; TikTok Shop/Seller Center experience from setup to scale is a plus.
