Financial Leadership Opportunity

Established organizations seek a seasoned finance executive to drive strategic growth and financial success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
  • NetSuite & Accounting Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and optimize expense tracking
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the CFO
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insightful recommendations to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Full-time position requiring: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
