We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and maintaining business financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, payroll, and payments.

  • Reconciling financial data into general ledgers to produce balance sheets and income statements
  • Managing Dext, Uncat, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and related systems

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot accounting issues.

In addition to financial management, the Account Manager will collaborate with colleagues to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with U.S. clients
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with cloud accounting technology and cloud practice management systems

The selected candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, including attention to detail, effective communication, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, client management, adaptability, and independence.
