Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Real Time Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring exceptional experiences for our customers and employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring service level performance, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective actions to drive optimized service levels and utilization delivery.

  • Support monitoring of service level performance at interval level against planned metrics.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into performance and staffing levels to inform floor supervisors of non-adhering consultants.
  • Collaborate with Ops MOD to ensure consultant-level deviations are addressed and KPIs are met.
  • Prepare and submit End-of-Day performance analysis reports accurately.
