Job Title: Plant Utilities Engineer

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of plant utility systems. This involves ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning in accordance with design specifications and requirements.

  • Implement efficient and reliable operations of assigned Work Center's utility equipment and systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of accredited third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Admin Team to develop detailed work instructions for maintenance activities.
  • Design, plan, and implement minor facilities construction and improvement projects, adhering to project documentation requirements.
  • Review Purchase Requisitions for materials, spare parts, supplies, and contract-out jobs, supporting the maintenance admin in completing scopes of works for contract-out jobs.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A valid license as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Engineering Design Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of plant utilities in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Food, or Semiconductor industries.
