Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our team at KDCI Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Return Preparation and Filing: Prepare and file accurate and timely federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal accounting staff to ensure accuracy of data and supporting documentation for tax filings.
  • Trial Balance Review: Review trial balances, fixed asset schedules, and supporting reports for compliance and completeness.
  • Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients via clear, professional, and grammatically correct emails.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Bookkeeping Experience: 3–4 years of bookkeeping experience with strong general ledger knowledge.
  • Tax Return Preparation Experience: 2–4 years of tax return preparation experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in UltraTax and Fixed Assets CS.
