Senior Financial Operations Director

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Reporting & Financial Analysis: Prepare and deliver timely and insightful financial reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency with ERP system outputs.
- Financial Advisory & Audit: Provide sound financial advice to support business decisions and oversee internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Compliance & System Enhancement: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls, recommending improvements in financial systems and processes as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to achieve department goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in auditing or within a private firm.
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
