Senior B2B Social Media Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior B2B Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, with a proven track record of creating high-converting content across LinkedIn, email, and social channels.

  • Create engaging and effective copy for outbound campaigns, including email sequences, social posts, and organic/paid social media assets.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, hooks, angles, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for specific industry personas and buyer stages.
  • Craft compelling content for executives, including LinkedIn posts/threads, carousels, short video scripts, and captions.
  • Collaborate with the strategy, research, and sales development teams to align targeting and offers.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B copywriting, with a focus on performance and lead generation.
  • Proven results writing LinkedIn and email sequences that convert.
  • Mastery of concise, executive-friendly messaging and clear, compelling CTAs.
  • Native-level English with impeccable grammar and tone control.
  • Strong grasp of modern outbound and social mechanics, including hooks, pattern breaks, and objection handling.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, fintech, health tech, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ESP and outbound tools, such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
