Job Description

The Payroll Accountant plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of service delivery. This includes:

  • Timekeeping Management into the Payroll System
  • Payroll Accounting Entries Administration
  • Balance Sheet Account schedule preparation and recommendation of reconciling items for IO Operation

Key responsibilities also include acquiring the required level of competencies in Customer Orientation and Interaction, treating all customers' feedback with urgency, and monitoring recommended final resolution from Immediate Superior. The urgency of escalation and resolution of concerns requires basic knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, policies, processes, and guidelines on company-initiated benefits and programs.

The position requires critical thinking during Analysis and Reporting, keen attention to details, and ability to identify sources and root causes of variance to ensure accurate accounting and reporting in SAP on time.
