Job Title: Psychometrician Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of psychological assessments to enhance workplace well-being and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine psychometric tests and assessments focused on resilience, team dynamics, and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of our psychological assessments.
  • Develop advanced analytics capabilities to analyze data from psychometric tests and identify key traits of high-performing employees.

The Psychometrician Lead will collaborate with product teams to optimize our digital platform's assessment capabilities and explore AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve accuracy and predictive insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistics and machine learning.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.
