Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead and manage large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery: Lead and manage large technology-based programs, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with clients to align all key stakeholders into one team that shares a vision and path to success.
  • Transparency: Ensure transparency in reporting and all communications.
  • Project Management: Manage projects and programmes using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • A successful track record of supporting the delivery of complex programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Natural team-building skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques.
  • Project Management qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • High integrity.
