Job Opportunity Overview

This is a temporary position in response to hurricane disaster relief needs, working remotely. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' inquiries. You will have the opportunity to apply the latest techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during a difficult time.

The role requires you to be proactive, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated individual who can work well under pressure, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with resolving customer issues through effective communication
  • Develop knowledge of common requests and solutions
  • Utilize our service techniques and systems to deliver high-quality customer experiences
  • Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate channels
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Effective conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues and customers
